How do you install a Short Ram ?

How do you install a short ram intake on a 99 civic se coupe?
What are the hoses for? How long will it take? Does anyone have step by step process? Also How do you install the CAI attachment to it. I have both.

Myself and a friend installed mine . If you come to the meet on wdnesday , have no prob helping to install. very hard to give written instructions....
more of a hands on type of person

I've read that intakes make you lose power? Is this true? BTW the links to that picture step by step is broken. IN the link that cosmic posted.

LOL!!!! hey civic2drcoupe. I'll race u for money!!!! Considering u don't know how to install a SRI on ur car sorta says something about ur b20vtec w/ custom turbo port n polish setup!!!!! LIAR!!!
BTW a short ram intake can't be installed on a turbo'd engine. Nice try...
