how to build a 88-91 1.6 ZC ??

I was just wondering if anyone here has built a ZC engine. I talking about cams, pistons,valve trrain i mean everything i also would like to no what to do for boost on it aswell. tell me anything you no about the ZC plz

10 psi stock ya.

built depends what else you do and you can go way over 10psi.

would this motor drop straight into a dx?? or would i need to convert to mpfi and my stock tranny, axels and the good stuff would work right?

No it would not drop right in to the dx. Thats what my car was you have to do a wire conversion and make it a MPFI its not that hard to do. And yes all the axels, tranny and other stuff will work

If your gonna boost a dohc zc all you have to worry about are the rods and pistons. The head is fine as is and has been proven to make excellent power in it's stock form.

yeah the single cam come's in vtec, if I'm not mistaken

ya also if you spend under a grand you can build a nice turbo setup with a respectable about of boost aswell.
just do your research first if you haven't already.
