help!! battery light wont turn off

1) Check the battery at the place you bought it.. Some battaries don't come fully charged and you have to cycle them for a few mins while driving the car.
2) Check to see that you don't have a fault in your electrical / charging system. This will be time consuming but is necessary if getting a new battery isn't solving your problem.
3) Check your alternator and make sure that it is effectively sending a charge to the batter.
Those would be my suggestions...

It's drained cuz of the alternator, not the battery... it wasn't getting any charge man... like your lights and all elec accessories were running purely off your battery...not the alternator like they're supposed to.
