Unhappy HELP====Fuel Filter Doesn't come off!!!

I bought a fuel filter form Honda few days a go! I bought my car from my uncle and it's still running the it's original fuel filter! And yes it's a 10 year old fuel filter with 170000 clicks!
So I tried to install the new one but the screws are really rusted. I couldn't get it out I tried the DW-400 (I think) and I even left it on over night but didn't help. Then I went to richmoundhill Honda and they said I’ll have to pay $40 to take it off!

Does anyone know another way to get that thing off??

please any idias????

are you removing it correctly?

disconnect the fuel line
then unscrew the banjo bolt?

also, did you relieve the fuel system of pressure?

It'll come off... just keep at it. WD40 and good tools are your only hope.

Lightbulb

Use 6-point socket, to avoid slip or damaged hex nut.
don't use 12-point/open-ened wrench. Using penetrating fluid (Movvv-it/WD-40) should help.

Need heat up fuel lines!!!
