i have a non vtec d series motor, i make up for it by saying "vtec vtec vtec vtec vtec from 5500 rpm til 6800 rpm at which point my tranny shifts

pft, i cannot hear vtec engage in my d16z6 civic lol, who really cares anyways. eitehr way, its slow. As for nice sounding vtec engage, u guys need to hear the new 06 si... "droool"

vtec answere!

dude check and see if it has the rite computer! pull back the passenger side carpet starting with the front and check!.. dont lissin to everyone about yea u dont hear vtec out of a single cam motor, thats bull****.... my p28 computer is chiped to 2500 rpm vtec hit and im pushing 260hp to the crank with my single cam motor... .. and check under the hood and see if the cylinoid is there and if it is conected!

yo, i can tell ur euopean cuz of the "ciao"

so can you help a fellow euro (italian) out?

how did u get that HP out of ur single cam motor, people have been tellin' me i can't even get 200hp (un assisted) to the wheels with my motor

my motor: D17A1 (2003 si)

how'd u do dat?

Adrian, dont listen to that fool. Even if he is getting those numbers, he must have spent at least 10 000 on the motor. For that price you could have a turbo K series.

i'm pushing 350 at the crank and all i did was put in royal purple motor oil

yea well im pushing 500hp and all i did was put a TCC sticker on my windshield
