greddy 15g turbo kit on d15b7?
i have a question out of curiousity...
i know that the greddy 15g turbo kit was designed for the d16z6, but i was wondering if it would bolt on properly onto a d15b7. what kind of modifications would be needed to make it work properly? does the d15b7 handle boost as well as the z6?
thanks

the flange on the exhuast side should be the same...if not close. As for it being designed for a vtec plant.....u might have to check into ur fuel management.....swap it with a hondata..and ur good to go......all the piping should be similiar so that shouldn't be a problem...

everything bolts right up, except I don't know what your intake looks like - it may be shorter than the VTEC one so the intake pipes may need work.
what's the D15B7 in... like a CX or DX?

would the greddy e-manage have to be changed for it to work on the lx motor?

how much power can the b7 handle on stock internals? i know the z6 can handle about 200whp on stock internals if tuned properly. i heard that the d15b7 rods are pretty weak....what's the max power I can expect from a reliable turbo setup on a b7 with stock internals?

I've seen some set ups that make close to 230 to the wheels on a boosted d16z6. And you cannot get an exact figure for your 1.5 liter..
It all varies, how good is your compression (how old is ur engine), how well is it gonna be tuned...do u have fuel management...etc etc...
Firstly, if i were in ur place, I wouldn't even look at the Greddy kit, assemble your own kit, it will probably be cheaper and you can pick all the different variable to your preference, like injector size etc...
and ps
it's all about
