hey, i 'd like 2 know what honda fuel pump would be good 2 run a ef 16,my car runs very lean after 3000rpm,I have the B&M FPR reg set at 35psi,if i was to run it up will the stock ef pump be able to handle that,I turn the pressure up b4 but at idle it runs really rich,I heard that 4th gen lude would work, also 1 st gen B16 what is the compression/Leak test should.

how do you know its running lean/rich? Do you have a wideband?

your stock pump is fine

35 psi is too low. 38 idle, 42 under load.

air fuel guages are completely inaccurate. I wouldn't go buy what an air/fuel guage reads. Its only reading a 0-1v signal, to know what your air fuel ratio is you need a wideband o2 setup, widebands read from 0-5v.

i asked if you had a wideband not a af gauge, but okay..

compression when warm or when cold?

For an older motor 160 seems about right.. anywhere below 150 I would be worried. And make sure the the cylinders test close to each other.
