Most of the time I want it quieter...I have an hour commute every day....thats what the silencer plug is for...

But sometimes I just want it to bark like a tweaked mugen masterpiece.....thats when i remove the plug for an autocross event or at the drag strip...

Get my drift?


Maybe I should install an exhaust bypass valve....

i know what you mean but that loudness in the cab gets so annoying after awhile bro. But its your car = your preference! i prefer quiet. And when i want i can hit VTEC and listen to that motor scream... i just perfer an all motor noise

I have to agree....

I think i'm gonna try and find one of those exhaust valves that open with your throttle position or just a straight dump valve i can crack open for fun.....and leave the cat and resonator alone.

Apexi makes a silences that adjusts depending on whether your WOT or not. Sounds like a good solution
