no, heatshield wouldn't make a noise at high rpm's....
It'd be more at idle or between 1 and 2 thousand...
And im SURE you wouldn't hear **** fron the heatshield vibrating at 3000+ rpm and when V-TEC kicks in..
I just had my heatshield rust and vibrate like 2 weeks ago, I just ripped it off, well screwed it off....
