i hav dc 4-2-1 ceramics for about 4 years now.. and after the 1st winter.. they cracked.. then the 2nd winter the crack gets bigger ... and 3rd year a lil more bigger.. now the 4th year is cracked to the point that i think i MUST replace within the next 2 weeks time.. =/

i'm going to go stainless steel and never go back to ceramics cuz they tend to die over winter time...

but then i drive mine long distant over xmas so the cold + heat + cold + heat probably had something to do with it.. i dont drive my car hard tho.. so.. i uno

This will probably sound really ghetto to most of you guys but I'll say it anyways.
What I did is I got a Chikara header and then painted it with some ceramic paint. Before putting it in, it looked just as good as any header from the factory.
I did look into DC, but they didn't make it for the ZC from what I was told.
Anyways, something you could consider...

ZC and d16 headers are all the same all that woulda needed to be done is port match the header to the head which would take like 20min with a dremel

Ceramic is good for keeping the heat down, but the material ( metal is like MILD STEEL ) very weak stuff...

i just bought a DC sports Stainless 4-2-1 for a sweet *** price.

Yes, but its not a direct bolt on, since it needs to be adijusted, like you said.
The weird thing is that when my ZC was getting installed, the ZC header wouldn't fit, only the Chikara, weird...

Anyways ceramic looks pretty.
