yes, then buy paint from CT and paint it.

Here's what I did:

- got it sandblasted
- Cleaned it very well and sanded off some hard parts/rusted/oxidization/etc.
- Cleaned it again
- High temp paint from CT and painted it.

I turned out like nice and I could've sold it for way more than I paid for it ($20)

DC sports header for a B16.

I have pics on my computer at home, but it turned out awsome.

Take your time with painting it too.

Give me money and i'll do it if you want.

if you really want to clean out all the rust, start up your own electrolysis setup.
you need:
battery charger
piece of stainless steel
big plastic container that will fit the header
baking soda
water

1. clean off any big pieces of rust that you can find with a wire brush or something.
2. attach your negative terminal of the battery charger to the header
3. attach the positive terminal of the battery charger to the piece of stainless steel
4. put both the stainless steel piece and header so that they will not touch eachother
5. fill it up with baking soda and water solution and turn your battery charger on.

this whole process will probably take 1-2days considering the size of the object. It will release hydrogen so you may want to do it outside in a garage or something with proper ventilation. also, you will know it is working and everything is connected properly when the header is bubbling.
