check with the dealership, but I'm 99% sure that it will fit. Same part number if I recall correctly.
From what I hear, a 2000 BMW 328ci timing belt fits too...so just take that one off and put it on the Civic. I hear BMWs are sooooo amazing they can run w/o a timing belt

No prob....we actually have a Lambo dealer, Jag, Hummer, BMW, M-B, Land Rover, Bently, Porsche, pretty much any car your little heart desires except Acura 
The dealer is called Overseas Motors.
