Hate to say it but most people are going to say it isn't worth it but you might get some good info from here D-series.org
or here SOHC

ummm what the hell does 'done up' mean to you?

it could mean anything from colored wire loom type 'mods', to an ITB SOHC.

Spyda

I have the same motor in my 99 sedan and i agree with the an earlier comment that it is not worth the effort. The Y7 is not a performance motor and does not have any considerable torque at high RPM.

You can do some basic stuff like getting an air intake, header and exhaust, upgraded ground wires but im not sure if anything more than that is worth the money.

I wish all Civics had a B16 :-)
