KVR is good... but its more expensive than brembo blanks...
they are about 120 EACH!!! and +10 for plated (prevent rusting)... that's 480 for all around... i know somewhere that sells brembo blanks wayyyy cheaper than the KVR x-drilled...
please don't ask me where this place is... just go do some pricing... i don't want to be unfair to the affiliates because they are nice people too....
just goto stores and compare pricing.... see if they can do price-matching.....
you just test out types of rotors and pads to find the best combination that suits your driving style... we all drives differently, so it probably makes some difference in the longetivity of pads... some people would even try to accelerate hard to just roll up the car and then brake hard.... get what i mean? so those people probably makes a pad last shorter...
KVR(plated)+carbon pads are nice...
but brembo blanks + decent pads will do as nice too
OEM pads or rotors... they don't make much price difference if you think getting from dealership is good pricing
keep looking and good luck

Jay, IMO OEM rotors>Brembo... the Brembos I had, even through they were plated... the center of them tarnished, which has not been the case with my OEM rotors. However, for longevity, I think both will be equal, so get the cheaper one.
For pads, I like Hawk, and Williams. Also, Axxis is good at that price (cheap semi-metallic). Now, rotor life is directly proportional to pad type. I always run OEM pads cuz even at 100K, my pads were hardly past the 1/2 way wear point. That says something OEM stuff is all made by NISSIN, the ppl who make Endless and Spoon stuff.
