converting YS1 speed sensor to electronic.

Hey there, i have YS1 Tranny, and it has an cable speed sensor...but my car accepts an electronic one...i tired my d-series onit and it work for a little, but now it's not...what can i do? Is there a way i can convert it?

get an electric vss and put it in...simple...no converting

yeah, i JUST got that info from a shop nearby...i guess my electric VSS must of died in the transplant?! lol
