Converting from OBD1 to OBD2

Converting from OBD1 to OBD2
I would like to know if it is possible to convert my D15B7 in my 95 Civic LX from obd1 to obd2? The reason I ask is be cause I want to get a ScanGauge but it only supports obd2. Is there perhaps a obd2 ecu i can install and use a conversion harness?

DO NOT waste your time KEEP it OBD1 obd2 is useless
now that i wrote that you would have to get a jumper harness and a computer and most likely a data port from a obd2 car and wire that in oh oh and if you have a non-vtec car you gotta switch to 190cc injectors from a y7 otherwise it'll run like crap

In terms of a harness i would need something like this?

When you say computer do you mean an P2E ECU from a D16Y7?
How large are the injectors from a D15B7? I thought i read somewhere 235cc. Any reason why it would run like crap if i did not change the injectors to the 190cc ones in a y7?
