coilovers set high but car still slammed

coilovers set high but car still slammed
I set my rear coilovers all the way up, but the car is still slammed 2+ inches.
I'm guessing they could be installed incorrectly? what is missing?

most coilovers are like this. often there is nothing wrong.... it's just they way they are.
my coilovers all the way down can tuck the rims in the rear, the fronts might tuck just half the tire.
