Slammed need help

Hi guys my car is slammed...i don't know exactly how much...but i got a front type-r lip on the hb (1992) and it's no more than 3 inches off the ground if even. I got 4 vx rims on 13 inch and in the front u cant put a finger inbetween car and wheel
but in back it's just a lil over a fingers length.........
Now i need aftermarket shocks cuz i'm feeling every single bump LoL......so if u can all help me out as to which shocks to get?
I was thinking 2 kyg agx shocks in the front
and 2 cheaper shocks in the back...not canadian tire cheap just good shocks that aren't adj. i dunno :S
Anyways give me ur suggestions i don't wanna spend mad cash on this suspension setup. Oh and the car is lowerd with coil over sleves....will the kyb agx or other good shocks in the front blow?
I know everything blows in time but will they be ok for a few yrs?
Let me know thanks guys
and No there is no h22a in my car it's a d15b7 in there now
in the summer i'll do gs-r h22a or zc turbo...... ty

I was gunna do the same thing. I had coilover sleeves on stock struts and was gunna buy some good struts. But i changed my mind and thankfully so. I went with Tokico spring and struts. In my opinion it wouldn't have been worth the money to get good struts with crappy coilover sleeves. I spent $800 on the Tokico package. I would have spent like $600 on good struts. I totally think it was way worth it to spend the extra $200 for a way better ride quality.

the kyb agx is a great strut.. i have them and love them... my bf has the illuminas and there SWEET.. if you going to get struts get them all round... dont put cheapys on the back..your back suspension is just as important as the front

get rid of the **** coil's you have..probobly R1's or similar garbage...raise your car up off the bump stops then yes get soem tokico illumina's..as stated a full springs and shock combo that is perfectly match by tokico is 800 bux...dont' put good shocks on **** coils that are on the bump stops...

regardless of what shocks you end up getting .... being too low will be bad for them. Just because they're performance shocks does not mean you can go excessively low on them. most companies do not recommend anything lower than 1.8" but I think 2" and higher is ok.

Blues are very good on par with Tokicos, but you should really not drop your car that much if you want your suspension and your steering components to last any real length of time...oh I forgot - you'll go through tires like crazy due to the increased camber wear unless you pick up a camber kit and correct it.
