Question Cat converter question

I'm gonna need to change my cat pretty soon for my 93 hatch. I'm thinking about getting a high flow cat. Does anyone know where I can pick one up and for how much? Name of the cat would be great also.
However, I've seen people selling Type R cats as well. How much more flow are those aftermarket ones compared to the ITR ones? If I do decide to go with an ITR one, will I need any modifications for it to fit?

Carsound universal, any size opening (in, out) you want goes for around $200 installed at Quickie Muffler Shop a couple blocks south of Dufferin/Lawrence. Very good service...

Carsound also makes vehicle specific ones as well. I had one on my old 92 Civic. I suggest you do get an aftermarket one though, as Honda wants around $700-$800 for a new OEM one.
