car all over the place on bumpy roads! HELP Pleae!

ok, here's the deal. my car, was lowered when i got it, and some minor stuff, but for some reason on any bumpy roads or the highway it doesn't feel stable. it kinda veers from left to right. i have stock suspension and eibach springs... so assume the spring rate on my lowering springs is too high for my stock suspension to keep up with.

on flat ground, stays straight and it awesome... but at certain speeds there is wheel chatter (i think its just my tire balancing) and whenever i hit bumpy patches i am kinda going left and right in my lane... doesn't feel to stable, but it is also very rough too. anyone with some ideas?

please help me out here. thanks.

check your tie rod ends, ball joints, steering rack bushings... if all is well there, then you just have a mismatched susp with improper rates and dampening.

check your alignment as well... as some settings can cause wandering like you've discribed...

stock size tires? 205 series tires follow any imperfections in the road. not saying you haven't though of this or anything, just another thing to think of if you weren't aware of it.

other then that, ya , alignment is good possibility too but then you said it is straight some times too on flat surfaces

well, i am going to be changing my suspension to kyb agx and changing my rear control arms as well. i hope this helps. assuming there is still all that play, maybe different tires would help. any ideas on a good balance of grip and comfort for a tire size? thanks.
