Hey I want to know if I can change or upgrade my computer in my civic. I drive a 99 si and want to gain some horsepower by modding the ecu. Can this be done? what do I need to do? chip it maybe? can and should I use an sir ecu? would I damage the motor by doing this? help please?

OBD2 uses more sensors, so more things to try and manipulate, more complicated.
