CAI Installation help

I purchased a Fujita cai but my motor is a obd2 and the stock intake on the motor has a plug but the Fujita cai doesnt have one for it. Should i just drill a hole for it or just cut the stock piping after the sensor and use the CAI then..

Motor is a D16y8
