Brake Line bracket Question

Brake Line bracket Question
Im putting in new struts this weekend and I was just wondering is it important to have the brake lines attach to the struts on a 95 civic? Cause My new suspension doesn't have brake brackets to bolt them on to.
I know i can use the OEM brake brackets by pounding it out.
I just want to know if it is safe to leave them? I know EKs aren't bolted onto the struts. Any input would be appreciated.

What shocks are you putting in? If it's a regular shock like koni, kyb etc, then you can take the brake line bracket off the stock shock and put it on the new shock. But if you're using a full coilover then you'll have to make one. HTH
