Brake Line bracket Question

Im putting in new struts this weekend and I was just wondering is it important to have the brake lines attach to the struts on a 95 civic? Cause My new suspension doesn't have brake brackets to bolt them on to.

I know i can use the OEM brake brackets by pounding it out.

I just want to know if it is safe to leave them? I know EKs aren't bolted onto the struts. Any input would be appreciated.

as long as they are routed correctly and won't rub on anything. if concerned, some zip ties do the trick

ek and eg brake lines are routed differently, thats why there aren't bolted to the strut. I would do what bruno suggested and yes some zip ties to make sure its not rubbing

What shocks are you putting in? If it's a regular shock like koni, kyb etc, then you can take the brake line bracket off the stock shock and put it on the new shock. But if you're using a full coilover then you'll have to make one. HTH
