Arrow Best ECU for my car?

I don't know much about ECUs so I need help finding out which one would be the best for my 1.6 SOHC VTEC. Also, I was wondering how much it would cost.

thanks

don't get any ebay chips. They suck. stick with stock, play with fuel pressure, timing, valve lash, exhaust...
