OVERKILL...

Poorman ITR won't be bad at all.. that extra .2L.. (or 200cc) makes a big difference.

I'm actually building one right now as we speak for a member of TCC... He's from down your way too.. so watch out... Oh yeah.. it's a black CRX too.

But I think you should consider a B20 also.. It's not as bad as some people may think or lead to believe.. It's all a matter of how it's done up.

KS-R: I'm not worried... I assume your talkin about the member from Hamilton?

I don't know anyone in Burlington that drives a black CRX myself so (shrugs).

Yeah the poor mans ITR is something I'm struggling with.. It all depends on how much Camille wants for those parts, how much labor would be and how long my car would be off the road to do it.

Other considerations are things like: will this affect my turbo build up etc. etc.

Regards,
OK

well, my B18C1 short block is right out of my car since I'm only using the p-72 head for the franky....having spare B series engines has become a norm for the tegs meister...jugglez was nice enough to take one off of my hands(actually that was a full swap) and I'm always on the lookout for cheap B series motors...

I actually just found a complete B18B1 longblock for a price that I shall not reveal ...thinking of maybe converting the RS back to an RS and maybe get my hands on a hatchy ...or who knows...maybe just leave it laying around for a while

as for the B18C1 shortblock...it's pretty much complete and there are sooo many people that want it...I'm getting e-mails, phone calls and such..people want to leave deposits and such....so I don't know...

I'll have another gsr shortblock for sale from my other longblock after my cousin pulls the head for his B20B....a franky in a hatch gives me goose bumps

OK: you have a PM

as for a project car....what kind of condition is truongs car in? i.e.rust??? Jugglez, please have him call me...

right now I just want to finish this project...after it's built then I'll decide if I'm satisfied with 200+ whp or if Toda spec Bs should be called upon...the engine will be fully built so basically my potential is anywhere from 200whp to 250whp N/A just by swapping cams/valvetrain....

should be fun

I beg to differ... I still love my 4th gen.. eventhough I have a 5th gen also.

Overkill.. the Poorman shouldn't be a problem for the turbo.. other than you wasted the build up.. Not sure.. Ask Sergio... they should know better than me.

No, the black CRX isn't from Hamilton.

Hrmmmmmmm... ok... I got your PM Tegs, you have a return one...

KS-R: Yeah, I know I know... I plan on keeping this B16 bottom end just in case.. thats assuming I buy the stuff from Tegs and find a place to assemble it all with a rebuild.

OK
