wow, that question is way to open ended.
What are your power goals?
Where do you want ur powerband? Top end? Midrange?
How much money do you have to spend?

i've heard BC3 is pretty good if tuned right, its good for daily too that doesn't idle high at all... you can go with the BC valvetrain too, but omnipower is not bad as well....... our affiliates carries all those......

you might wanna raise some compression too if you're doing all those with some good pistons... then you might wanna pnp and do an angle job as well...

this thing goes on and on... do some research

but in the end, i think you should get a good I/H/E set up first... like a really decent header, generic or brand name CAI (as long as its a good filter), and a good exhaust can cost you well near 2g already

if you can get your hands one skunk 2 stage 2s (which they make anymore) they make more power than bc3 and there great for daily driving.

well BC3+'s work well with mild setups and have killer midrange, theres good top end too, but not like other cams that have stock or stock-like primary and secondary lobes with big vtec lobes.
Stock or stock-like primary and secondary lobes will help with a good idle. But if you have more aggresive primary and secondary lobes you will get more midrange. Skunk2Pro1s are good for this, but you need lots of other work to make these cams really shine.
I like my crane stage 2 cams/valvetrain. Its not a super popular choice with hondas but for the money (it was very affordable) they're great cams and valve train. I noitced a nice increase before vtec b/c they have larger than stock primary and secondary lobes and a big difference in vtec.
Blox B's are pretty good (basically skunk2 stage2) and relatively cheap in comparison.
