There is a little oil on the corner of the headgasket. I replaced the distributor O ring but it still leaks. You can kind of see oil residue down the side of the vtec solenoid and some along the front of the block. I'm thinking maybe a leak somewhere in the vtec solenoid or maybe cam plug?


Any ideas?

Doesn't the VTEC solenoid also have an o-ring? Did you replace all the seals?

i have only replaced the dizzy o ring so far.

Prob the vtec soleniod...that thing needs to handle a lot of PSI and quite frequently it will leak.

yup same thing with my engine zeeman and I swear your looks excatly like mine down to the slightly peeling tranny sticker haha

Are you saying the head gasket is leaking oil? Major prob. on neons. Haven't seen to many on hondas, though.
