2 litre bottom end

i juss got a type r bottom end that i want 2 bore it out 2 make it into a 2l what would i need 2 do this
i started doin sum research
b20 crank
bore cylinder walls to 84 mm
perchase 84 mm pistons
what else am i missing
p.s can some recommend a good machine shop 2 perform this
as i don't want 2 juss put a b20 block becuase i have seen alot of people blow them up

don't forget aftermarket sleeves, b/c i wouldn't dare bore the stock block out 3mm.

If you use the 89mm b20/ls crank and rods with 82mm pistons you'd have almost a 1.9L

If you are going to bore, you can also give GSR block a try.

Or take a B20 short block, bore out 1mm, and use ITR crank and rod. You will also end up with a 2 liter engine, as speficied on Toda website.

personally, i wouldn't over bore a b-series block more than 1mm (so thats 82mm).

Boring your sleeves will result in just as weak cylider walls
you need to resleeve to have a strong 2l block.
Send your block to GE, or benson. But its not cheap to build a motor.

the reason y i said type r block and not gsr is cause i have a type r block already
