would tires mounted on 15 X 7 rims with a 45 offset rub against the upper control arms in a 98 coupe?

here is the part that could be affected with a wide rim and larger offset. its on the knuckle of the rear upper control arm. the author said he had to shave down the knuckle to prevent future rubbing on his 99 coupe.

anyone else experience this problem?

I had a problem with 15x7 BUT that's because the shop mounted a bigger weight on the inside than the smaller one before. If you need to balance it, try get small weight or the stick-on weights.
