WTB 15" Rims

I'm looking to buy some light weight 15" rims with or without rubber for my eg hatchback. If they're with rubber, tread has to be at least 70% on all 4 tires. SiR or GSR blades would be nice, but we can't always get what we want right!?!?

I can't spend more than about $550 incl rubber as I'm a poor university student and live on my own with LOTS of bills.
