item is quite rare. i've had it for quite sometime but it was never installed/painted. brand new, just sitting around so i want to get rid of it now as i would like to do some clean up. Price is OBO. no lowballers please!
NOTE: This is just an ADDON piece, it is not an entire bumper cover! must keep OEM bumper on the car.
