Power plug for EGs headlights... weird question.

To make a long story short. I swaped out projectors with OEMs for my 95 EG. I reconnected the left side but I totaly forgot to connect the right side. Now heres the messed up part.

Later on I realized that I my right side isn't shining so I took a look at it. the right side power connect is male (with prongs) and so are the bulbs! So I can't connect them together.

I took a look at the left side and the power connector was a female. Could I have left anything behind when I took out the projectors? Help me out! I'm running around one eyed right now.

That is messed lol.

Its supposed to be female, check out your projectors it might be on there, or fallen out in the engine bay, this is weird

You mean the prongs are suppose to be there on the power line? but there's another adaptor that fits over top of it to make it female?

Unfortunately I don't have the projectors anymore.. the reason why I over looked reconnecting the right side was because I was in a hurry to meet up with the buyer for the projectors.

Anything fall off your car??

Those projectors are direct replacements..

I figured out what's wrong. When I went to disconnect the power from the right projectors all three prongs got stuck in the power connector. So basically I pulled the prongs out of the projectors. What I'm seeing now are the ends of the prongs from the projectors. My next problem is to get those prongs out of my power connector out without shocking myself...

I think I should disconnect my battery before I do anything... Or atleast not touch the ground prong at the same time I'm touching the others hahaha! Any other ideas?

Just pull them off with your fingers! You won't get shocked. With the headlights turned "off" there should be no power supplied to your harness.

Funny I was thinking you left the prongs in when I read your thread. LOL
