b series tranny its going in an ef then ek later
hi my tranny is starting 2 grind in 2nd and 4th and being a bitch 2 put into 1st sometimes so i think its time 4 a new one
its going in an ef that is stock then mabie in an ek next year if its not sold
prices and location please pm me
and if u can install it 4 cheap or some bear and be my teatcher
i would like 2 learn honda stuff
now i have a bar shifet not cable so if u have the cable tranny i wil need a shifter and whatever else i wil need

hey dan, just so u know. You are loooking for a cable clutch tranny because thats the only one that will work in your EF, later on down the road u wont be able to put it in an EK because your EK is a hydro clutch tranny.

Hasport makes a kit that allows you to use the hydraulic tranny in your EF...
obviously that kit is useless for the EK though...
but the kit will allow you to use the hydraulic tranny for both cars...
the shifter linkage has nothing to do with anything in regards to this... both the EF and EK use rod style shift linkages....
only Preludes, Accords, RSX's, etc. use actual cables for their shifter mechanisms, but still have hydraulic trannies
