are they 4 x 100's only or universal (i.e. 4 bolt holes only or 8?)

****IMPORTANT**** was selling these items for a friend, i do not trust the quality of the items anymore after selling the rims (found out there was more curbage than they had told me, A LOT more)...so im not selling any other items from these guys...sorry to everyone but this is in your best interest
