Which turbo (trim a/r) do you guys recommend for me?

Stock B16A2, horsepower goal of 200 whp, daily driven. I do a lot of high speed city driving, lots of stop/go. I am unhappy with my low end so I would like a turbo that can help with my mid-high end. I will be using a cast manifold so I will definitely need a 5 bolt discharge.

My choices are T3 60 trim, T3/T04B S trim, T3/T04E 57trim, etc...

I would love to use an internal waste gate to save money. There was a Saab 9000 Garrett T3 .42/.48 brand new going for $350 + shipping but that seems a bit too much for a small turbo and can be found at a junkyard. I do not mind junk yard turbos but I wouldn't know where to go and how to take it off.

Where do you guys recommend for purchasing cheap, rebuilt turbos? I can find rebuilt Garrett from BlaastPerformance for the same price of a brand new BorgWarner turbocharger.

Planned Setup
- Cast Manifold (A/C compatible)
- 5 bolt discharge Turbocharger
- Tial 38mm wastegate
- Stealthmode oil line kit
- DSM 450cc injectors
- EBay Bar and Plate Intercooler w/ DIY charge pipings

Anyone know of an exhaust shop to fabricate a downpipe and merge the external wastegate along with a custom exhaust?

Which a/r? They have two available...

For almost the same price, what about a Garrett T3/T04B S Trim .48/.60 or .63/.60?

any of those turbos you've mentioned will take longer than you think to spool on a B16.
My buddy made 211whp on 11 or 12psi off a beat *** tiny 14b turbo on his b16 without vtec working running off a basemap.
So you're goal of 200whp is very very low and can be reached with ANY turbo. But a 14b or t25 or 15g won't make very good power up top, and honestly thats where b16s really make great power.
I've got a precision GT3255E on my b16 and it doesn't make any boost until 3800-4000 and full boost (8psi for now) at 4500rpms. This turbo is very similar to a t3/t4 60 trim. It has the T04E compressor housing and .60 A/R on both the turbine and compressor sides. If i were to buy this stuff for myself, i would've went with a smaller turbo as i'm not trying to hit 500whp. On my stock block i'm only aiming for 300whp and with my built bottom end sittin in my basement i'll be aiming for 400-450whp.
Personally, i'd use something like a t3/t4 57trim or even a 50 trim if you're only looking for 200-250whp. Hell you could even use a t28 variant, which will spool pretty quick and still make decent power up top.
There is another thread on here where someone posted compressor maps for specific turbos for a b16 and the t28's map seemed to suit the b16 fairly well. Now a new t28 can be pretty expensive compared to a t3/t4 b/c there are so many manufacturers making t3/t4s.
The t3/t4B S trim would probably be the turbo i'd pick of the few you have listed though with my next choice being a t3/t4e as i've tuned a few b16s with the t3/t4e with great results, but remember its only a 1.6L so it'll take a while to get a bigger turbo to spool but it won't run out of breath up at 8000rpms.
