mild port and polish would be putting that nicely (same with the ITR).
All thats really done is smoothing out the edge of the valve seat where it meets with the port. It also has dual valve springs on both the intake AND exhaust sides and bigger/better LMA's. It also has better valves, the stem of the valves are thinner near the face of the valve for better flow and to lighten the valvetrain for higher RPM stability. Yes the cams are better too. But considering LEITNER built engines for years (at the machine shop his family owned) i'm sure he already knows that.
