need help with swap wiring

ok here's the deal..... i've got a '96 civic cx (i guess obd2) and i have a b16a2 from a usdm civic SiR (also 0bd2), but am missing the ecu. what will I need to complete the swap? Any obd2 vtec ecu and a whole new engine harness? can I use the engine harness that is in the civic cx? I really want to get it on the road, but I'm confused as what to do to wire it all up. Your help would be really appreciated.

i'd just use the original wiring harness and modify it to fit the b16 engine. You can't just use ANY obd2 vtec ecu....if you want to use the right obd2 ecu you'll need a b16 ecu, but the problem is that it'll be obd2b whereas your car is obd2a.

What I would do to make things simple is convert the car to obd1 with the use of an obd2a to obd1 ecu conversion harness and a chipped p28 with a b16 program on it.
