Looking for engine shop, plans on building my bottom end.
My compression results came out good and now I'm waiting for the warm weather to come so I can take my engine (D16z6) out of my car (not soon...but for now I'm doing my research)
I plan on building my bottom end so I can run some boost on my DD. My goal is 220hp after tune.
Eagle Rods,
ARP head bolts,
Vitara Pistons + rings,
All new bearings,
Head: maybe new valves, guides and seals.
I Google'd, but does anyone recommend or know of a place in the GTA that deals or specializes with Honda engine?
I will take it apart, but I want it cleaned and all the internals put together properly (timing, and pretty much so my pistons don't hit the valves :S )

Gord Bush is the only person i'd trust.
I've seen a few people with problems, and 1 person specifically that has had 2 engines with problems and one of those engines screwed up twice that came from mississauga engines, so i wouldn't go there.

I looked up Gord Bush and even called them.
Looks like he has a great history in engines and knew what he was talking about.
$900 for taking apart the engine, new parts in, and assembly....is this reasonable?
Boring, milling, and head work is extra. I think it would come out to be $2000 w.o parts
