Thiking of building a H22 need shop?

Thinking of Building a all motor H22 and was just looking for a shop that can do it for me? Would like to have someone that can do the performance build and any machine work. Also would like them to be able too or have someone that that won't mind doing tuning of it when it is in the car?

Also wondering if anyone has some good idea's of product's to use in a all motor build?
