^^nonsense, when I had my coupe with z6 I used to drive it hard, and I mean most shifts were not any lower than 5k rpm. It was my first car lol, but I put well over 60k on it and it never burned a spec of oil.
Just parts wearing out, time for a rebuild.

^Just run a thicker non-synthetic oil and it shouldn't burn as much. How many km's are on the motor?

I'm actually going to switch back to non-synthetic for my next oil change as my b16 is just eating the synthetic like candy...not worth the extra money if it's just going out the tail pipe.

That's half the fun of honda engines! lol

I drive mine quite normally (dispite my sig pic...lol), only hitting vtec once in a while. Still burns oil. That's the downside of synthetic. Since it flows through tighter tolerances so well, it all flows right past the worn rings and old oil seals with ease! lol

lol trust me i drive normal 90% of the time.... majority of the time i take it for a boot... it would be when it is past 12 in the AM... and that is in like backroads or what not... and on the highway... sometimes... most of the time i shift at like 2500-3000

Doesn't have to be as thick as 10w40. Any non-synthetic should help it to not burn/leak out as much.

Picked up some non-synthetic castrol gtx high-mileage 5w30 today. Supposed to prevent burn-off and help valve seals and what-not. Was on sale for $3.99 a liter at crappy tire. We'll see if it does what it says....
