fuel pump not priming

hey guys ive had this happen to me before and my fuel pump for the last week has been acting strange sometimes it doesnt prime randomly and once it shut off on me while driving.....today it wouldnt prime so i checked the following and im not sure what it could be
1.took off the ecu ground sanded the connections down and made sure the other grounds were tight.
2.swapped relays with a working relay and wouldnt work
3.replaced ecu fuse
4.replaced starter signal ecu and acg's fuse
what else is there to check......

could be the actual fuel pump itself, or the wiring for it.

I was also gunna ask if water has gotten down by the ecu.

I've seen a few ecus act funny or not work properly once they get wet.

Pull the casing off the ecu, check for corrosion or burn marks.

so i took apart the ecu and there was no corrosion and i went to jump it from another car because my battery died from trying to start it too many times but it took like 20 turns to make it prime and it fired up and then i drove it around for like 15 minutes and now it primes instantly....not really sure what it is maybe my 1 year old battery is not giving me enough power to make the really go off im not really sure what it is....but like last week when it was giving me problems it was taking the cel like a flicker before it would come on what do u guys think it is....

It sounds like you might have a bad Main Relay.
