Hey guys I dont really know a whole lot about cars and swaps for that matter but I have a question. Do you think a B18C Spec R engine would fit into my civic, I have a 2000 Honda Civic and im not sure which type it is. Help would be much appreciated Thank you!

yes it will.

Its a pretty easy swap, with a fair bit of wiring, but other than that its considered a "direct drop in" swap. You just need to use B-series mounts, axles, shifter linkages, ECU and rad hoses, along with the complete engine and tranny.

We do B-series swaps in 1996-2000 civics (all models) at the shop on a monthly basis and can have it done in 1-2 days usually.

K20's can also be done. It is significantly pricier because of parts you need to buy.
If you can afford a K-swap, do it up. You will love it.
