B20b/z

Hey guys, I was just wondering what the difference (if any) there is between the B20B and B20Z. Thanx.

compression ratio....the b20b is 8.8:1, the b20z is 9.6:1.

how does compression ratio work i remeber in class talking about the division and multiplication of some numbers to get a cars hp but like how does it work ahaha
