$1600 won't get you ANYWHERE in a n/a build, especially if you have to pay for labour.

What i'd do is i/h/e, then grab a set of ITR/CTR cams and valvesprings and retainers. If you have any money left over convert to obd1 and tune it. Don't worry about getting a bigger throttle body or different intake manifold, the stock b16 stuff will work just fine for your application.

Just out of curiousity, what kind of gains are you looking at with just doing what you suggested?

i've seen b16s with ITR cams make upwards of 180whp.

But in a stock head/block its hard to say.

which cams are you thinking?

I've got some crane stage2's that I used in my b16 that i'd let go for $250.

no worries bro, i've had them out of my car for a while, the original buyer backed out (after I pulled them out of my car) and I don't have them posted up anywhere, so i'm sure i'll have them in a few weeks.
Hit me up if you want them, when ur ready.
