6th gen Si engine ident - valve cover?
Okay, keepin' in mind i'm new to these here sewing machines, errr engines, after searching i'm still not finding what i'm after.
I found a '98 Si for sale. Has pics. Valve cover doesn't say "V-Tec" on it, only "HONDA".

***NOT trying to spam, just posting it for reference***
So, are the valve covers interchangeable or does that instantly mean it's not a V-Tec engine? Heck, i'm still trying to figure out where the solenoid should be.
Anyone?
PATIA!
(please feel free to post any helpful links you have handy/bookmarked to help me sponge this all up)

In that pic of that engine in that ad, I did not see the vtec solenoid, but it may just be the camera angle, so be careful. That one may not have vtec.
For reference, just google image search for d-series vtec solenoid location and you should be able to find a few good pics that show you where it is and what it looks like.
