well car almost caught on fire this morning
so im sitting in the timmy hoes drivethru this morning and had my air on low with the windows up and i start getting a small burnt electrical smell, so im like cool sumones else around is having issues. so after i pull up in line alittle it starts getting worse. finally i parked the car and popped the hood and sniffed around the engine bay till i found my passenger side headlight plug totally melted and the outside of my housing black. so much for using 8000k aftermarket blue bulbs i guess they draw way too much amperage for those little plug to handle.

I lost all my lights on sunday night, all because i have a set of oem driving light running from my runninglights at the front. I burnt out my light switch that turns the light on and off, and i had to buy a new switch. All the problem is that it was to much power for it to handle, and i had to put a relay in for each light, yuo should do the same thing.

When there greater than 55/65W (OEM) harnesses will melt. People should research before they use those stupid ricer bulbs

ISSUE:
OMG, no word of a lie i had the exact same damn issue i was at a GTASENTRA car show n shine with my Team (Team 24K) and while driving home i stopped to buy a pack of smokes and i started to smell something burning. I looked out the window and i saw that my driver side headlight socket was melted and it was burnt.. Thank You too the Pacific Mall 20 dollar bulbs lol.. So i ended up taking out that one bulb and drove with one headlight bulb. So what i did was...
FIX:
I went to Honda and ordered a H4 Socket for the driver side. Cost was around 8 bucks. I then went to Crappy Tire and bought some of those water resistant shrinkable 3/4 tubes. Woke up on Saturday morning. Took of f my bumpter and took out my headlight and then spliced and re wired the new headlight socket. The shrinkable tubing made the wiring look clean and original. Plugged in some Factory bulbs for now and going to buy an HID Kit very soon.. lol... its was a 8 dollar replacement which took me about 1 hr to complete lol.... time well spent.. but now everything works fine....
