rustproofing is all vulnerable metal spots around the car

undercoating is the underbody i believe... adding a layer of protection to prevent rust hole from bottom of car

Yes undercoating is almost a rubberized coating. Rustproofing is a oil that is sprayed in the doors, rockers, fenders, rear 1/4s, trunk lid, hood, and underside. They cannot do the roof.

its what is exactly called.

rust proofing= your rust proofing the car with a layer of chemicals
under coating= your under coating the car with a layer of chemicals
