I don't know if it's accurate, but I was playing GT4 and came across two 2 versions of the Civic Type R 97 and 98. After doing research and jus plain observing, I noticed that the 6th gen civics have differences particularily 96-98 and 99-00. Now, back to the game itself, has anyone know where I can find the type R lip for the 96-98 type R? It shape is tapered downwards unlike the 99-00 version where it looks like a skirt....
Does NA Honda carry them? or anyone manufactures them for that matter?

i doubt NA honda carries them because CTR's were never brought here. try ebay or something? or someone from the states like passwordjdm or jdm****.

only honda of japan carries them and if you want a new one it would cost you between 4 to 500 bucks through a jdm dealer. even used ones can be pretty pricey too.

or if you arent picky you can get a replica for a fraction of that cost.

I bought an OEM CTR lip through A & J Racing cuz I needed to know that my lip was authentic and fitment would'nt be a problem.

Save yourself a couple hundred bucks and get a replica cuz there are some very good copies out there.
