Smoggy Rear Windows?

If you study these pictures, you'll see like a smear, almost like a cloudy residue/resin where the tint lining is. Does anyone know how I can remove it?

It's the outside of my rear windows.

Overspray of what? It's never been painted (If thats what you mean).

I will try Goo Gone, because normal Windex / Soap / Etc, doesn't get rid of it. Almost looks like humidity did that.

the car itself doesnt have to be painted in order for it to have overspray. it could've been beside a car or anything that was being painted and paint mist hit it.

Hmm - And to only hit the windows? Interesting. I'll take your advice, and give it a shot. Thanks.

use a prewax cleaner, sealer and wax/polish in theat order. you'll have to do this about 5 or 6 times. once with pre-wax, 2 or 3 times with sealer/glaze and 2 or 3 time with wax/polish. it should get rid of it, but you'll be tempted to do all your windows by then since that window will be the cleanest.
