should I ?

I just 'aquired' (not really but it's a LONG stoty so...) a 89 civic sedan. I presently have a nice stock car and so I can't decide if I should fix up the civic. It's in okay condition. I mean there is definately rust ... but it's not bad for it's age... do u guys think I should bother spending $ on it? the engine is fine and all ... it's mainly the rust i'm worried about cause it's all over the car .

If it was up to me I would trade it for an 89 hatch and mod that one instead. Just my $.02

sell it and buy a cleaner h/b with no rust, prefably an Si. If it's all over the car then that's not a good sign, how are the floors? The money you spend on fixing everything you can put aside and sell yours and grab a nice clean h/b and you won't have any headaches.

i say trade it in for a hb, i don't like the 89 sedans, their have really ugly boxy back ends, even a bodykit wont help make it look better =[

yeah i dont like the looks of the old sedan.. but at least its different and unique

u see HB's every block..
first block would be one with altezzas and big muffler
second block would be one with a light blue paint job
third block you'll see one with 2 rims in the back and steelies in the front
forth block you'll see one that goes as fast as a prelude
fifth block you'll see a gold one with rims, tint, exaust, lowered, projectors, etc

u get the point
